Rosie's Campaign to prevent a Scarisbrick Prison

I campaigned to secure assurances from the Secretary of State for Justice, Jack Straw, that no prison would be built in Scarisbrick followings it inclusion on a list of potential sites. Working with local residents, I took the issue to Parliament and met with the Justice Ministers. I fought for residents to have the Government's assurance there will not be a prison in the village.
