West Lancashire MP Rosie Cooper has commented on the research published by Which? showing customer dissatisfaction with Northern, she said:
“This is a further blow to the Northern franchise and another loud and clear statement from commuters that they are not satisfied and that Northern should give up the franchise.
“The lowest customer satisfaction score of just 32% most definitely reflects the frustrations many of my West Lancashire constituents have felt and reported to me throughout 2018.
“It is clear the writing is on the wall for Northern, and it is time they moved on.”
